Terms & Conditions 

Conference registration fee and associated fees must be paid in full prior to conference start date.

Registration can be amended, however for planning purposes we would be grateful if you could register as accurately as possible noting the below:

Conference Fee

Cancellations made on or before 31 May 2018, will be refunded and an administrative charge of £15.00 will apply.

Cancellations made on or after 1 June 2018, will NOT be refunded.

Workshops

Cancellations made on or before 31 May 2018, will be refunded and an administrative charge of £15.00 will apply

Cancellations made on or after 1 June 2018, will NOT be refunded. 

Conference Dinner

Cancellations made on or before 10 May 2018, will be refunded and an administrative charge of £15.00 will apply.

Cancellations made on or after 11 May 2018, will NOT be refunded. 

Excursions

All activities are non-refundable and are conducted at participants' own risk.

Should there not be enough interest in the activity that you have chosen, we will contact you one month prior to the event and offer you an alternative excursion to register for.  In such a situation, the price difference will be reflected on your bill.
